Elections on tap for the spring

The Council of Student Leaders met the Monday before Thanksgiving break to discuss ongoing projects and the installation of an election commissioner.

 CSL will be having elections again in the spring.  This will be the second year in which Winthrop’s student body will be allowed to vote on the president and vice president positions.  

CSL members elected to open up the position of Election Commissioner to any Winthrop student as well. This position essentially overseas the election committee.  The position will be chosen by three members of CSL and Dean of Students Bethany Marlowe.
