CSL taste tests Subway next week

February 22 will be a day that forever lives in infamy —for members of the Council of Student Leaders anyway.
Next Wednesday, several members of CSL will indulge in the privilege of an inside access, behind-the-stove taste-test of Subway’s food options.
Dining Services has said the sandwich shop would return to Dinkins’ basement in February after a semester-long delay.
Subway was scheduled to return to campus after last semester’s Fall Break.
The eatery’s opening had to be delayed due to changes in the state engineer’s requirements since the original facility was built inside Dinkins years ago.
It’s still unclear when Subway will be opened to the public exactly.
“Once we get our DHEC permit then we will start updating our Facebook page with opening information,” said Pam Yurkovic, director of Dining Services.
